FAQ
How do I book my graduation session?
Start by submitting an availability request with your preferred date and session details. I’ll review my availability and, once approved, you’ll receive everything needed to officially secure your session.
How many outfits can I wear?
You can wear many as you’d like within your booked session time! I recommend one hour for 1–2 outfits and two hours for 3–4 outfits. Outfit changes and travel between locations count toward your reserved session time.
How many photos will I receive, and when?
Every graduation session includes 65+ fully retouched images, delivered within 3 business days of your session. Your gallery will include a variety of poses, details, outfits, and locations captured throughout your experience.
Can we shoot at multiple locations?
Absolutely! We can incorporate multiple locations as long as they fit within your reserved session time. Because travel between locations counts toward your session, I recommend choosing nearby spots or booking additional time if you have several locations in mind.
Do you travel to other colleges and universities?
Absolutely! While I’m based in Charlotte, North Carolina, I photograph graduates at colleges and universities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and beyond. I also offer select travel dates throughout graduation season for additional cities and campuses. Travel availability and any applicable fees will depend on your location and requested date.
What is your cancellation, rescheduling & weather policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. If your plans change, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. If inclement weather makes it unsafe or unreasonable to photograph, we’ll work together to select a new date at no additional cost—weather is beyond our control, and I want you to have the best experience possible.
